Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any accessories securely in the original shipping container, ensuring all protective films are intact.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
